We’ve all heard the timeline that society tends to normalise: finish school, get your GCSEs, do your A-levels, apply for university at 18 and graduate at 21. However, this is far from the only route – and it’s less universal than you think.
'As a dietetic learner, you know the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle,' writes Lynsey Richards RD. 'But when schedules become busy and stress levels start to rise, it can be challenging to stay in a routine or make healthy choices.'
The new student area of the magazine features a student-written article in a section called ‘ the future of dietetics’, as well as top tips from Lindsay Richards RD. This month’s student article is on the highly topical subject of food noise.
